Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unsealed items.

Eligible Refunds / Replacements

We will happily provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product delivered damaged

• Missing items in the package

• Manufacturing defect (verified)

How to Request a Refund

To raise a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
